Refund Policy

1. Monthly and Annual Subscription Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase
If you apply for a refund within 7 days of purchase and the points in your current membership plan have not been fully used, you are entitled to a full refund. If any points have been used, no refund is available.
After 7 days of purchase
After 7 days of purchase, no refund applications are accepted.
Note: Subscriptions with referral rewards do not support refunds.
2. Refund Processing Time
- We will respond to refund requests within 72 hours on business days.
- After both parties reach an agreement on the refund plan, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
3. Special Offer Refund Instructions
We sometimes offer special promotions for certain members (e.g., free or unlimited model usage). If you apply for a refund, this will be considered as withdrawing from the promotional offer. In this case, we will recalculate fees based on your actual usage and calculate the refundable amount accordingly.
The actual consumption of computing resources used will be calculated based on backend system data.
